We believe yoga and fitness at any age is for everyone and every body.

Our inclusive and welcoming environment encourages adult students of all ages, abilities,

and backgrounds to explore and develop their yoga, fitness and mindfulness practice.

Our instructors guide each student through a transformative experience,

offering variations and modifications to suit personal needs and goals.

How long have you been in business?

While we're a brand new collective in Gering, Nebraska (2023), our yoga instructors are all certified, and have completed hundreds of hours of training and individual practice.

Do you offer unlimited classes through your memberships?

Absolutely! Each of our membership packages offers unlimited access to yoga classes. Some discounts will apply to special events as well.
